I joined Landbox team last year and it has been great since the date. 2021 is very important to us and we are working hard. 🙂

Could you give us a simple description of the Landbox? What is the vision and mission?

Etham :
Landbox was founded to fundamentally improve the old way of investing in real estate. Landbox is a blockchain-based global real estate investment information sharing platform that connects real estate information and investors. Blockchain, which is immune to data forgery and has strong data transparency, can solve the existing problems of the lack of transparency, trust, and fairness, in real estate transactions.

Starting with our first service, “Auction Ok” — an online real estate auction service based on blockchain — Landbox dreams of a new “comprehensive real estate investment ecosystem”, that provides customers everything from indirect real estate investment products, and lifestyle & education content.

Could you please give a brief intro of Landbox salient features? What are the advantages of Landbox that make it special?

As i explained, Auction OK is our first service with blockchain.

Blockchain is key for the trust in the Auction Platform.
“method for providing contactless real estate auction service using block chain.” The patent technology allows the encryption of auction bids and the storage and management of such information on a blockchain network, which prevents unauthorized manipulation of the bids entered online. By providing a contactless blockchain property platform, this technology also significantly eliminates the inconvenience of conventional auction system which requires bidders to be present at each bid site.

For your information, there is no such a online auction platform before Auction OK in Korea.

Can you explain about the tokenomics and use-cases of LAND token? Where LAND token currently listed?

Etham :
LAND token is utility token. Right now, LAND is Auction Ok is not directly connected but we are developing more usage for it.
For now, following is the token usage.
· Rewards in accordance with Auction OK’s inquiry/answer/curation/content sharing.
· Auction OK real estate expert service payment.
· As the platform currency, LAND Token may be paid by users to access third party projects which they have connected with on the platform
· Holders of LAND Token will be entitled to tiered membership benefits.
· LAND Token is accepted as the platform currency by the platform when a user accesses services available on the LANDBOX Platform, for example real estate brokerage, appraisal or information services.
Those are in our whitepaper. We are brainstorming more stuff for the future as well.

Now, recently Bittrex Global listing is done. Also we want to expand our business partners with the auction ok platform.

As I read that Landbox aims for real estate investment that incorporates various macro indicators covering economic growth, interest rates, and government policies. What are your solutions to introduce a new way to invest in real estate ? Who are your real estate experts ?

Investing Korean real estate market is not easy. However, we seek value over real estate and property auction market. On our platform, users can buy properties with reasonable price through online auction market. We do understand this is only for Korean users but we are preparing expanding to overseas.

From what I can see, your project is protocolized to reach Asian — Korean users. So what use could it have in other countries or continents? If I am a foreigner and I want to invest with you in real estate, would it be easy for me to do so?

Tokenizing real estate is very very difficult. It is matter of government and if you like to invest in Korean real estate as foreigner you can but you gotta come to Korea. As much as we like to solve this issue but its very hard at the moment.

see that Landbox has a Bitcoin Saving feature,so can you explain more about this feature? How will it work and how much would be the minimum amount to save and what would be the term and condition of this Bitcoin Saving? How much would be the interest of this saving monthly?

If you know about DCA (Dollar Cost Average) investment method. You will understand. This service is only for Koreans at the moment since Korean government is very strict. We need to lots of AML stuff and VASP regulations are very very hard.

Given that Landbox is a platform based on facilitating access to real estate, how was the project affected by the global pandemic since it is located in Asia where unemployment and cases were serious?

Hmmm. Interesting question… It is very hard to connect those 2 issues. Anyway, aftre pandemic. yes, real estate auction in Korea was handled only onsite (off line) we hope we can provide online solution for this situation. We are working with other partners for more auction goods and properties on our platform.

SECURITY is so important with every project and platform. How does Landbox keep users’ assets and personal data safe from hackers? How does Landbox manage if there is an attack to your platform?

Our platform has nothing to do with hackers. haha. Our platform do not hold any crypto asset. You cannot hack actual property. However, if you talking about bidding data. Main reason is that online auctions cannot ensure the bid data is real. In Auction OK platform, as soon as the bidding data is generated, it will immediately be encrypted and recorded to a blockchain to prevent the risk of forgery/tampering. As you all know, this can be easily solve with blockchain tech, since it is BUILT for it.. haha.
So far, there is NO service that auction is being held online in Korea. 🙂 that makes Action ok is the first in Korea.

What do you think about NFT? Do you have any plan for implant NFT on your ecosystem❓❔❓❔Where can I buy your $tokens right now.. what is your current contract and how can I buy them……???

Etham :
Yes. We are not issung NFT but we adoped NFT auction on our platform. We already conducted NFT auction on out platform few times. We are using Klaytn blockchain for NFT feature.

Do you have AUDIT certificates, or are you working to AUDIT your project, to make it more secure and reliable?$

Bear market will not be easy for a new project to survive. We have seen so many projects failed to survive in the bear market, Have you thought about this? What are the plans on surviving on bear market?

Etham :
This is very true. However, we are preparing to not just survive. If the bear market comes, we will focus on BUILDING. 🙂 like every other strong project do.
We gotta build our platform more stronger and better and get more features on it.

When will your tokens be listed on the exchange and which exchanges do you plan to list on in the future

Etham :
We are listed on Bittrex and GOPAX. Yes we are working on other exchanges and we hope we can list more exchanges. As you know, we cannot disclose the plan for this matter but… I can tell you that the team is working hard on this as well.

Can you explain how is your Tokenomics Distribution? How many tokens Will be minted ? And How many tokens Will be locked by the team?What are the key milestones on your roadmap — both things you have already achieved and things that we can look forward to? Any partnerships and short/long term technical milestones that you want to talk about or bring some attention to?

This is auctlly on our whitepaper. i am not sure how i can explain this.

A total of 20 billion LAND Tokens are currently issued. There will be no inflation after the initial
issue. 8 billion of them (40% of the total volume) will be sold at the token sale, 4 billion (20%) will
be distributed for marketing and community expansion, and 5 billion (25%) will be distributed as a
reserved quantity.
The supply distributed for the team including the founder is 2 billion (10%). For a continuous
business expansion of the LANDBOX in the future, another 1 billion (5%) will be used for the
strategic partnership with competitive platforms. Unsold amounts will be removed from the
supply.
