What’s RARX? Can you share with us more in detail?

Leonid :
Sure. Let me explain what are rare earth elements- Rare-earth elements are a set of 17 nearly indistinguishable lustrous silvery-white soft heavy metals. They are used in practically all advanced electronic circuits be it Guided Missiles, Smart Bombs, Stealth Technology, EV Batteries, Mobile Phones,s Permanent Magnets and even in smart water filtration systems.
They are the future of all technology in the world and nothing can work without Rare Earth Elements be it Mobile Phones, 5G, CT scan, PET Scan, TVs, LED Lights, Cars, Missiles, Fighter Aeroplanes, Submarines and whatever high-end technology comes to your mind; nothing can work without them.

Now RARX (Rare Earth Opportunity Fund) is a Multi Party Smart Contacts and will be a De-Fi based fund to invest in exploration, mining and refining of Rare Earth Elements. We are also up with our Ecommerce platform where the clients can buy and sell rare earth elements using the rarx token. We are also up with our ERP where token holders can check the financial records of the companoes where we invested.

What are some of the real-world problems/pain points that RARX aims to solve? What solutions does RARX offer?

Leonid :
Our first though was to bring a huge market of rare earth elements on the Blockchain. When the Japan and china incident occurred in 2010 over senkaku islands and Japan had to bend over backwards to ensure supply of rare earth elements…I had made up a mind to find and meet like minded people who are excited about these elements

Then when US-China trade war happened

And rare earth elements came to fore front in that also…we were already thinking of ways to crack the market

And this trade war gave us that crack….every country wanted an alternative supplier and are willing to pay over and above the market price for a strategic gain

Right now the Rare earth market is looking for alternative souces and more decentralized too so that rare earth elements can be bought and not be controlled with some big players. Our ecommerce platform is going to be used for the same where we will be havin g smart contracts enabled and buyers as well sellers can see the complete requirement and availability in the system and they can place the orders against the tokens and transactions can be controlled against each action 🙂

Could you tell about RARX tokenomics and tokenutility?

Leonid :
Sure…We have issued a total of 125 billion tokens

Out of them 40% will be sold to public and 20% will be for fixed liquidity

15% is reserved for institutional investors and will be sold at a much higher premium over ICO and will also be locked for close to a year

10% tokens will be burned at the time of listing

5% each is for dev and mkt team and will be locked for 90 days

The rest is for bounty and airdrops

The price for token is 2 cents that is .02$ right now. It was .01$ in first phase which got increased in second phase.

Regarding security, does RARX really care about security? How can you assure us that RARX security is strong enough?

Leonid :
We are a fully Audited token, we have been audited by Solidity Finance; In addition to this we have security experts and investment experts part of our team and engaged on task basis to ensure IT security and Investment security. So be assured as this has been brought with lot of passion and focus. 🙂

Can you share the RARX roadmap now? What are the next steps to be taken in the future?

Leonid :
Yup…. A visual roadmap is extremely useful in high-level meetings with clients and executives because it helps you communicate with stakeholders, present your business strategy, and discuss major steps needed to implement it and move the project forward.

Reducing the environmental impact of rare earth mining and processing is one of your platform’s main goal. How will your team and project collaborate to achieve this objective? What are the most important steps you’ll take to address these issues?

Leonid :
We’ll be having fixed number of tokens
The mining we will be doing is for rare earth elements

Also a fixed part of the funds will go towards minimising our carbon footprint on the world

We plan on planting trees and protecting the ecology of areas where mining for rare earth elements will happen…be it Africa or Asia

We are highly protective of environment and will ensure that we make this industry a net carbon neutral industry.

In the first use case of RARX token, you propose to invest in high-quality but distressed existing rare earth mining & processing companies.Could you give example of such firm? How can you persuade those companies to collaborate with you as you’re utilizing blockchain technology?

Leonid :
I dont if i can tell you the exact names as of now as these are in final discussions right now and a open announcement can impact the process. But i can tell you that there are 3 companies in souch Asia and 2 companies in Africa who are in discussion and we might get the news out anytime.

Persuation is the part which takes a long time. Since we have been working in the this space for last 8–10 years, we have zeroed down companies earlier. Also coming on ERP solution will get them highlighted as well on ecommerce platform, they can sell their inventory to the end clients and have proper estimation of the requirements of the REE in the coming time. And by this they can also plan their coming expenses.

RARX Token has a total supply of 125 billion tokens. How do you keep RARX token demand and value high over the long term? Will there be a Buyback/Burn mechanism in the near future? If so, are you sure it will be enough to keep the token value high?

Leonid :
Yes.. burning will be done at listing

Buy backs will also happen..just like a listed entity on wall street…but it will be based on community feedback

If community wants steady dividend flow then that will be maintained; if larger community wants to increase prices fast through buy backs then we will use buy backs.

Community support is one of the biggest aspects of a project’s success. Most projects have programs that interact with their users. Does you have any special plans to attract and expand the community and improve the user experience?

Leonid :
Community building and Community support is one of the main reason behind every other token which is taking a rise right now. We already ran Airdrop promotions to bring new people in the project. Making sure to reach out to all possible channels and promoting our token. Also we are very much inclined to bring more and more partners and influencers though our token only so that will be brand ambassadors for our project. What are the ways that generates profits/revenue to maintain your project, and what is its revenue model ? How can it make benefit win-win to both investor and your project ?

Leonid :
Now there are multiple ways where we can earn money: 1. top rare earth element mining companies have a PE ratio of 400 and above so you can know when we have partnerships in new companies as well as have own mining companies which we aim in future, inverstors are definitely going to get the dividents. Also Ecommerce platform will also be used make a spike in the token price as well as project profitibility.

We plan to increase our early inverstors money by 20000 times in next one year…. So let get going 🙂
