Hi everyone, my name is Peng Li (Leo), and I am working as the international sales director in BITDEER (bitdeer.com).

Before joining Bitdeer team, I served in the world’s biggest mining machine manufacture BITMAIN, and successfully concluded several historical large orders with the listed companies, such as MARA, RIOT, DCG and etc.

Starting with the most basic, can you provide a simple overview of Bitdeer?

What is the difference between traditional bitcoin mining and Bitdeer’s miner sharing service? Why Bitdeer ?

Peng(Leo) LI :
Bitdeer has removed the barriers to entry, including site construction, equipment procurement, operation management, and general maintenance.

This saves time, cost, and effort for users.
With just one click, the mining could be started.

Is there any calculation formula? What package offers the best value for money?

Peng(Leo) LI :
Yes. The users only need to pay computing/hashrate fee and the eletric fee.

And also, Bitdeer developed the basic calculator for each available cloud hashrate mining plan. https://www.bitdeer.com/calculator. Considering the logic behind it is a bit complicated, I shall just copy the link.

Bitdeer and its founding team has been engaged in this crypto mining industry since January 2016. The most feedback we get from our big investors is “ to be patient with BTC growth”. Obviously, Bitcoin has been a perpetual bull market since its inception.

The best package we suggest taking is “ 1080 days, S19 series, acceleration mode plan”. It also takes longer to make money, and the recovery cycle is a smaller percentage of the total cycle.

Both modes are used to mine cyrptos and both modes just need “one click” to start the minin; the biggest difference is cloud mining offer you the property of the miners.

most users are trying cloud hashrate plan, they dont need to consider the sales of the miners later after the mining is over

In Bitdeer’s Hashrate Market, users can purchase hashrate products from the merchants themselves. What are your requirements to be a certified hashrate merchant under your platform? Is a KYC registration needed to be a merchant on your Hashrate Market?

Peng(Leo) LI :
It’s a big project and complicated process to join in our supplier&partner list.

For example, to serve as our BTC mining merchants, it requires,

The provider must meet the following requirements to be qualified:
a. The provider owns a total of 3000 BTC miners
b. The provider is willing to supply over 500 miners
c. The miners are hosted by legitimate mines and the provider will pay the taxes
d. The provider needs to have over 3 years of experience in the industry

Bitdeer, mining machines platform. Can you explain a little about the mining machines that are used? What regriferation system do they use or where are they located? And how do you maintain the electricity consumption produced by these mining machines?

Yes, Bitdeer has world-class suppliers of mining hardware and performs routine upgrades to incorporate the newest mining rigs into its mining operations; Bitdeer utilizes high-performance and consistent mining equipment to ensure smooth operation and enable future hardware upgrades.

Bitdeer constructed several mining farms and globally located in USA, Norway. Most of the machines are equiped with air cooling.

Furthermore, Bitdeer mining farms construction team is one of the first teams to build professional, standardized mining farms;

Since 2013, Mining Datacenter team has provided site selection, construction, and post-construction maintenance service to more than 30 locations across the world, including in the United States, Norway, Canada, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Bhutan, and 5 premium mining locations out of 30 have been reserved for Bitdeer’s proprietary and customer hosting purpose.

Nowadays, Mining Datacenter is leading an industry-wide transition to green energy, which will prove more cost-effective in the long run to both clients and service providers.
For example, one of the Mining Datacenter facilities in the U.S. depend on 100% hydroelectric energy; two in Norway depend on 95% hydroelectric energy.

Could you tell us which userbase is Bitdeer main target? Do you focus only on big Investors or small retail Investors also can be a big role in your project?

Not only the big investors but also the retail investors are given focused by our team.

Keep in mind, Bitdeer is the world’s first platform to deliver dedicated mining machines with a “BTC mining” 1 TH base rate, while for other traditional mining users, the smallest mining unit is over 40–50TH.

Could you introduce briefly about #HNS tokenomics? And tell us more about Total supply and Starting price per token? How many tokens will be minted in future and how many tokens will be locked by the team/Investors?

While you build your project, do you take into account community feedbacks and demands?While you build your project, do you take into account community feedbacks and demands?

Peng(Leo) LI :
Yes, the activity of the community is an important indicator for us to add new mining cryptos. We will not only listen to the voice of users and the community when adding projects, but also want to establish connections with the community in the process and help them develop.

Many projects have problems with UI / UX and this one turns off new users. How do you plan to improve the interaction with new users and with users outside the crypto space?

We are working on a new UI/UX design to improve the user experience. This is a big redesign and our website will be more avant-garde!

Please provide more information on your ROADMAP. What are the most anticipated plans and events for the next few days and months that we should be aware of?

Hackers and Scammers are very much active. Can you please give some information about the Security system of your project? How safe is your project especially for long term investors? How will you protect your investors??

Peng(Leo) LI :
In terms of security, Bitdeer will not directly contact the user’s mining income, users can choose their favorite mining pool. Users shall provide their wallet address users own account and later mining pool will directly pay your mining earnings into your address.
There are very strict security policies when you are going to modify wallet address or set the address; Users asset security is highly secured as long as the customer does not make some security mistakes by themselves.

Marketing is a central element for every project, so that everyone knows the potential that a project can bring is vital to achieve the goals set. What is your strategy to attract new users and Investor to your platform and keep them long term.
