Introduction

Guv Kang,
Bricktrade is a real estate tokenization platform to deliver fractional investments and property ownership by accepting crypto and fiat. Our current focus is on construction finance, where we help property developers raise their construction finance through crowdfunding, instead of going to the bank for this capital. This means we can provide investors with high returns in asset backed investments.

Investors will also have the opportunity to buy fractional parts of the finished units from the developer once they have been built. They can then choose to rent or sell the unit, which we can manage all in house.

Why Bricktrade? What salient features of Bricktrade? What advantages solutions of Bricktrade?

Our mission is to revolutionise property finance and investing. Bricktrade is a property tokenisation platform, that utilises the power of the crowd to raise construction finance for property developers.

Our innovative structure coupled with blockchain tech makes property investing more liquid and accessible to investors, whilst simultaneously providing real asset backed investments. Bricktrade pays bank beating interest rates to investors (100x) whilst improving access to capital for property developers.

Bricktrade has a number of unique features;

- Invest and receive interest in Fiat and Crypto (We will be 1st in the uk)
- Bricktrade specialises in real estate/ property finance, we currently provide construction finance and fractional ownership of property assets
- We pay bank beating interest rates to our investors
- We are currently seeking our FCA license to be a fully regulated token issuer
- By utilising blockchain, Bricktrade removes the need for intermediaries and is in the process of reducing the property transaction time
- Bricktrade lowers the barriers of entry: historically our products have only been available to financial institutions and the top 1% of society, we have lowered this bar to £500 so anyone can join even if their funds are in fiat or crypto

What actions has Bricktrade taken to keep investors secure?

Great questions!!!

All of our tokens are Asset backed with real world assets and contracts.

We are almost FCA compliant and the FCA is a globally respected regulator of the UK so our users will benefit from the controls placed upon Bricktrade with the purpose of protecting our users

We have used tokenisation as a tool due to its transparency

What is the tokenomics and utility of Bricktrade token? What incentives token holders may receive?

Guv Kang,
BRKT Token holders will have the ability to view and invest into various projects we will be listing on our marketplace, all asset backed. We will also be introducing skating pools where we will purchase income generating build assets and share yields with our investors.

Token Holders will have many benefits such as;
- Early access to projects
- Get bonuses from their investments
- Early access to our property raffles — we will hold raffles where they can win a property debt free!!
- Rewards for staking

Please inform Bricktrade roadmap and also what phase is currently taking place?

This is a new road map for the future, what we have achieved so far is;
- Deep Research into tokenisation
- Produced our Whitepaper
- Brought together an experienced team
- Designed the platform
- Developed our Beta platform
- Developed our 2x apps (IOS & Android)

All self funded since 2018 by myself until our seed raise in December 2021

So back this roadmap is from Q4 2021 till Q2 2023, which we are on target for;

- We have our compliance team in place and in the process of being regulated by the FCA
- Our blockchain and skating functionality will be announced by the end of Q1 as will our listing of BRKT token on exchanges, currently pre listed on;

BrickTrade will allow users to invest in properties, with an investment as little as £500, but sometimes not everyone has £500 to invest. So, I was wondering, does BrickTrade have plans of allowing other kinds of property investments where people can use even less than £500?

Guv Kang,
Yes!! Good question! One of our objectives is to lower the barrier of entry into the real estate market. Our early products will have a £500 entry point which is significantly lower than REITs. However we do have other products (Liquidity pools) in development that will lower these barriers and any crypto holder can participate in.

Initially Bricktrade will be focusing on property assets in the UK. Would you consider going abroad and venturing other countries’ real estate markets like the US? Can you please tell us more about your plans going globally?

Guv Kang,
Absolutely. We are starting in the UK as UK property is very strong assets due to their stability and high returns. However we are a global platform and are already looking at projects from all over the world.

The Bricktrade platform can allow investing through crowdfunding that is faster and more convenient, because it is a safer real estate investment platform than traditional methods. What are the requirements to request financing?

Guv Kang,
Our platform will allow property developers to send us projects, we will then carry out full due diligence on them; including valuations, costings, timelines on the project and then theses will be published for our Investors to be able to invest into the construction finance of the project or into the properties being built. With our partners Waterfronts we can rent and manage the property on the crowd of investors in each property.

Our platform does allow property developers to submit projects for review, however at present we have £100m of deals to list and are therefore not currently taking funding applications.

Bricktrade provides real estate developers with a fast and efficient platform to raise funds for their real estate development projects. What other aspects does Bricktrade cover besides construction and marketing?

Guv Kang,
- Property developers in most developed countries have to provide some form of social housing which is of frustration to many developers. Bricktrade can absorb this all and provide low cost housing to many.
- We also help developers to sell the units they have built through our partner Waterfronts Estates
- We are also setting up various funds to provide cheap green energy for the assets we help build
- Joint Venture pools where investors can Joint Venture with the property developer and then earn more profit

As I know, strong backing and partnerships in the crypto market might bring huge benefits to new projects. During this point, can you tell us about the investors and partners of your project ? What benefits to the @brick_trade’ ecosystem do you expect from them?

Do you have a AUDIT certificates? Or are you working to AUDIT Your project, so that the security of the project becomes more secure and reliable? Thanks Sir.

Guv Kang,
We are currently in talks with Certik to audit our contracts and also working with Matterum.

Is there any diffrence between investing in your project’s causes and investing into traditional REITs, property investments, housing and development companies? What do you think is your advantage over traditional property investing?

Guv Kang,
Traditional finance is slow and costly — do you know what the entry level is for you preferred REIT — it is more than likely to be significantly higher than £500. We are lowering the barriers of entry and providing a transparent and transferrable method of ownership and we share the rewards with our users too!!

Can you list 1–3 killer features of this project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your project has that you feel most confident about?
