1. Can you provide a simple description Rage.Fan for our community?

Through Rage.Fan we are trying to do 3 things -- Fantasy sports platform — You have got fantasy sports and quizzing
- Build a fantasy sports data oracle — first of its kind and for that we have partnered with Kylin Network also
- Bring NFT and Augmented Reality also into this whole ecosystemThen we have something called $RAGE, which is our native token and will act as a dual purpose of “game play” and “governance” . 2. “Rage.Fan announced a partnership with the Kylin Network. Can you briefly walk us through the same?

So, the way it works is that for any blockchain to interact with the outside world it requires a connector between the two i.e. like a middleware which we call a blockchain oracle. But if we go back a step further, we see that even before making data available to these networks you need to have data also and that’s where Rage.Fan comes in.So, Kylin brings technology and infrastructure capabilities whereas Rage.Fan offers data source for this apart from domain expertise and other value added offerings.
Post-implementation, we expect that smart contracts will never source data from a single point but instead pull data from a network of nodes. This also avoids a single point of failure. This decentralized data network is blockchain agnostic and hence all blockchains can have access to reliable secure off-chain sports data.

1. How did the Rage Fan platform evolve the way online fantasy sports games are played? What is the difference between real-world games? What fantasy sports games offered by Rage Fan on the platform? How do you incorporate aspects of the crypto world into the world of fantasy games?
Vivek Kumar,
— What we see today is that you go to a platform, pick a sport, make a team, participate in a contest and play and you are done. We are taking it altogether to a different level. So, first it’s not just a sports platform but sports + quizzing platform. Secondly, it’s not only about sports but a major highlight is NFT (or action cards as we call it) — so now you can earn digital assets also, own it, trade it etc. Third, Augmented Reality (AR) token mining method is a geo-tagged method of earning tokens and action cards. So, if we combine all this, you can see the leap we are taking in terms of how fantasy sports is approached till date. We will offer range and types of sports— Blockchain is the underlying technology. Then we have $RAGE — an ERC20 token, then we have NFTs/Action cards (digital assets). Combine all this and you are welcome to fantasy sports in crypto
2. What are the challenges RageFan faces in today’s online sports industry? How does RageFan aim to address this lack of transparency and ensure that every user gets the most from your platform?
Vivek Kumar,
In the context of the question, it seems that it’s about the challenges we are trying to address rather than what we are facing. So, to answer this, the bigger goal/vision is always the same — to bring a centralized mainstream fantasy ecosystem to decentralized and transparent mode.Now to do so, the couple of core problems we want to address are — transparency, decentralization, governance, and low cost model. Blockchain technology makes it possible to facilitate transparency. So, everything will be for everyone to see. Next, add governance to it and then it becomes giving voice to your opinion and it will be heard.
3. In the world crypto competition, features are of primary importance to attracting investors and the community! Can #Rage.Fan provide a list of killer features that scare competitors into your project?
Vivek Kumar,
I would like to correct part 1 — In any business it’s not the feature alone that matters but a whole bunch of things and the feature is just 1 aspect of a bigger spectrum. What also matters is:— Industry and its growth rate as a whole
— Core team
— Roadmap and execution plan
— Novelty and freshness of the idea
— Relevant prior experience of the team
— Passion and self-beliefNow some of the game changing features as already talked are definitely going to be NFTs (also called as action cards) and the concept of bringing together fantasy sports + NFT under the ambit of Augmented Reality (geo-tagged) token mining method. Imagine you went to watch a match and also got an exciting chance to get tokens ($RAGE) or some even very valuable/rare NFT (action cards).
So, the bottom line is there are so many things that are going to be offered ahead.
4. Could you please name some of your strategic partners? And in what ways they are contrtibuting to the #Rage.Fan community?
Vivek Kumar,
So far we have announced 3 partnerships — Polygon, Biconomy, and Kylin — all serve 3 different purpose— Polygon partnership will help us scale transactions in a cost efficient and reliable manner. Even when our platform experiences heavy traffic, we will be able to guarantee a seamless and uninterrupted user experience.

5. How is RAGE FAN development going? Can you describe in detail current development efforts, market expansion plans, expected applications, and when will they become commercially available?

So, we are going at a very good pace in terms of product development and the credit goes to the wonderful team we have and we are continuously adding to it.2nd part of the question is actually very big but a lot of information about this can be accessed at 2021 plan that we have in our website — https://www.rage.fan/
In terms of market expansion, we are aggressively doing marketing, building community, the ambassador program launch is also a part of it. Then we will also have region/geo specific communities — like Vietnam, Indonesia etc. So, we are doing a lot and a lot is expected to be out soon. What I can only say is that we are very close to a lot of things.

Right now the big boom are the NFTs, so I read somewhere that Rage Fan will integrate NFTs, so can you explain us how are they gonna be used it?
Vivek Kumar,
You read it right — NFTs are on the pipeline. Think of it as digital assets in terms of sports actions — and then it becomes action cards. There will be very provisions to earn it and they you can own it, get the benefits of multiplier effect through game participation, or even trade it. Imagine you went to watch a match and also got an exciting chance to get tokens ($RAGE) or some even very valuable/rare NFT (action arts). And thats called AR token mining method. Thanks for asking.

What are the advantages of using our skills and knowledge in the game to form competent teams and how are these skills reflected in the winning and reward rate?

The fantasy sport points are calculated based on the performance of the player in real life sports. It requires skill and knowledge to choose the right players in your team. The more points you are able to get the better the chances of winning. Specific game rules and points system will be shared when playing fantasy games.
