My name is Mr DDOS and I’m a CMO at disBalancer. We are a team supported by a global cybersecurity company — Hacken. And today I will tell you more about our project disBalancer

Q1. Starting with the very basics, could you provide a simple description disBalancer for our community? What the motivation for starting build disBalancer?

mr Ddos,
I know that many of you have seen sites crash due to heavy load or malicious DDOS attacks. Both users and businesses suffer from this.

disBalancer is here to provide the solution.

disBalancer is a decentralized solution that protects companies against DDoS attacks while enabling users to earn DDOS tokens by renting out their free computing power and bandwidth to the network.

Anyone owning a computer or smartphone can run the disBalancer peer client in the background of their device, renting out their unused bandwidth and storage, and earning disBalancer tokens (DDOS) as an incentive reward.

Large pools with thousands of these device nodes can then work together to handle requests to validate website connections and block malicious activity.

This was a basic motivation for us! to give people opportunities to earn money by renting out free computing power of their devices.

So our user are able to earn DDOS tokens while protecting businesses from the malicious actors

this is the case. Anyone can connect to the global disBalancer network with their mobile device or PC

Q2. What is the difference between disBalancer and other Anti-DDoS tools? What makes disBalancer special better than comparison with competitors?

mr Ddos,
Currently, most systems like Cloudflare are centralized.

With the growth of the Internet and the growing popularity of DDOS attacks, such companies have to spend a lot of money to maintain and expand infrastructure

Our solution creates opportunities for all people who can become part of an ecosystem. It can expand indefinitely, without the constant high cost of maintaining it, and with the opportunity to earn for each participant.

DisBalancer is the decenralized solution.

People can earn DDOS tokens while protecting businesses from malicious actors. It’s win-win both for users and business.

We are more flexible compared to the centralized companies , and we can provide more services for the lower cost

Q3. With Hacken having a good relationship with the Ukrainian government and disBalancer being under the foundation — would disBalancer want to position itself to provide government-level service contracts? What is the target of disBalancer Business, Market and target audience?

mr Ddos,
In order for companies to be interested, we first need to grow the network of user nodes. Fortunately, Hacken with its huge community helps us with this.

Work with Government is a very long process.

You need to make huge paperwork to get the governmental contract. We do not want to declare about some governmental projects yet. But maybe in the future when the system will become huge with thousands of node holders, and some governments will ask us, of course, will come to help.

We are also thinking about possible partnerships with future IDOs

this would be a good advertisement and a great testing ground for our service

because on IDO the majority of sites do not sustain loading

but our target market is huge

any company who has its oft websites are our target audience

and on the other hand, we have millions of people who have own mobile device or laptop. They all are our potential node holders

all of these devices always have free computing power

and disBalancer is here to give the opportunities to all these people to use this free power to protect businesses and ear money

When the network of nodes is sufficient for full operation, I believe that companies will quickly understand the value of the resource.

Q4. Regarding the disBalancer ecosystem and the usability of the DDOS token, how can you balance between developing your project and adding value to your product? Can you explain the tokenomics of the DDOS token?

mr Ddos,
DDOS token is the utility token used for operations in the disBalancer ecosystem

The main role of the DDOS token is to enable the value transition within the ecosystem

At disBalancer, there are 3 main parties involved in the tokenomics

1. Companies striving to protect their web resources

In order to protect their web resources with the disBalancer network, companies are staking DDoS tokens on the main node.

Secon party is people who use free computing resources to earn DDOS tokens

All they need to do is to add free computing power from their personal computer or even mobile device. When the traffic comes through their device, the DDOS tokens are transferred from the Company’s staking account to the users’ wallets

In this case, any person can earn DDOS tokens by protecting businesses from malicious actors.

And the third party is main node holders
They get a fee for traffic detection and load balancing in DDOS tokens

Tokens are also credited from the companies’ staking contracts. Part of the fees in DDOS tokens will be burned!

this is a simple model how the tokenomics works

as you see, all parties are involved and DDOS tokens has a real utility

Q5. Can you please tell us the current disBalancer roadmap? How far has disBalancer been developed at this time? and what will you realize in the future?

mr Ddos,
disBalancer is the fundamental product. And it’s something new on the market. We are a part of the Hacken Foundation, and supported by global leaders.

Currently, we work on product development and system architecture from the product side

and community growth on the marketing side

The role of the community is very important because without the community the DisBalnacer ecosystem will not be able to work.

In other words — the product will completely depend on the community that we want to develop on all continents, absolutely in different parts of the world

and we are making success in this

Our community is growing really fast

Thousands of people already want to become a node holders and provide their free computing power to protect businesses

disBalancer as a product is quite difficult task. But with the help of Hacken’s experts we definately will deliver the product soon

and since the product is lounched the community will grow expotentially. Anyone seen the opportunities to earn DDOS tokens would like to join the ecosystem

so our plan for 2021 is to deliver a product and grow the community

Q1. Maybe most people are confused when they want to take part in the DDOS token HAI round sale, how many slots are available this time? What is the minimum transaction to participate? How to participate? will there be further rounds after Hardcap is reached?

mr Ddos,
We are very impressed with how the HAI round goes

We were surprised when in 2.5 minutes the Hard Cap was already raised

It is very motivating because we see that people are interested in the project

At the time more than 16 million HAI tokens are collected. It is almost 10x oversubscribed. And it is still going!

Anyone can still take part

this requires the following steps:

1) Buy HAI tokens on one of the exchanges (Gate, OceanEx, Bitrue)

2) Send them to the HackenAi app or another Vechain wallet

3) Send them from your wallet to the address posted on the site disbalancer.com (minimum 5K HAI, max 500K HAI)

4) Wait for the end of the round (April 15)

5) At the end of the DDOS round, the tokens will be credited to the some address in the Etherium network.

6) Oversubscribed HAI will be returned to HAI holders proportionally after the end of the sale

Q2. Please explain “People use free computing resources to earn DDOS tokens” So, people only earn DDOS token by protecting businesses? Does the main node holders get a fee from all user nodes earnings?

mr Ddos,
Any person is eligible to earn DDOS tokens by contributing to the global DDOS protection network

All you need to do is to add free computing power from your personal computer or even mobile device!

When the traffic comes through your device, the DDOS tokens are transferred from the Company’s staking account to the users’ wallets. In this case, any person can earn DDOS tokens by protecting businesses from malicious actors

and yes, main nodes holders will receve a fee from all user nodes connected in the region

so main nodes will be distributed on the geo basis

in all regions we will have verified main node holders

and of course part of the fees will be burned !!

Q3. disBalancer uses a cross Blockchain model in which the $DDOS token can be ERC-20 and BSC-20. What are the reasons you decided to build a hybrid model? Why not just use only BSC, considering that the ERC20 network currently suffers from high gas rate issues, among others?

mr Ddos,
yes, since the system starts to work, many corporate client will buy DDOS tokens for staking

Yes, this is a very good question. So the basic motivation is that the highest share of users still uses the Ethereum network despite the high gas rate.

ETH is the most adopted network currently

and Uniswap is still the most popular dex among crypto&defi communities

but on the other hand we know that the BSC community is growing really fast

So we want to make it available for both communities, that’s why we have decided to build a hybrid model

Q4. Do you guarantee to customers if you use your services and their website is attacked by DDOS? Does Disbalancer only protect DDOS or is there other security such as anti-hacking and others?

mr Ddos,
The initial stage is detection that provides for distinguishing DDoS attack from normal traffic. To this end, the solution considers previous data, IP reputation as well as common attack patterns.

DisBalancer applies HTTP fingerprinting and known AI/custom rule pattern matching to identify known threats in less than 2 milliseconds.

As a result, disBalancer detects almost 99 per cent of all bad requests to customers’ APIs, websites, and mobile applications

Normal traffic goes to the targeted website while malicious traffic as well as unusual traffic go through the Main Node and then the User Nodes. In case the unusual traffic is not detected as malicious upon analysis, it also goes to the targeted website.

this is how the disBalancer work for those who understand some technical part )

in simple words in the first stages, it will work as a normal load balancer, ie the load that will go to the client’s website will be checked on the central node, and redirected to the client nodes to reduce the load on the site

In the future, we plan to implement WAF (Web Application Firewall) and some other functions

we have a really huge backlog of what we want to implement to privide the hishes security standarts for our customers

Q5. Does disBalancer have a farming plan in your ecosystem? If so, how many DDOS tokens total from the supply provided to farming and how much APY does it offer? Will certain APY offered stay like that yearly?

mr Ddos,
Of course, 24% of DDOS tokens will be available for farming for the 3 years.

APY will be based on the total farming pool. In order to farm DDOS you need to stake HAI tokens in the official HackenAI App https://hacken.ai .

The farming will start on April 16 right after the disBalancer IDO. So this is the right time to buy some HAI tokens for DDOS farming while the price is low.

and the farming will work on stakign HAI tokens only

What strategies are you using to make your tokens even more valuable? What plan are you taking to maintain the token price?

The token maintenance will depend on the market. So more companies stake tokens for DDOS protection -> more buying pressure on the market. We want to make disBalancer the massadopted product. So any company will be able to connect their eb resources to the global disbalancer network to protect it againsts the malicious actors!

I really want to farm but I don’t want to take any risk. Are there any other options available for me so that I won’t lose my assets?

mr Ddos,
There is no risks for farming
When you stake HAI tokens , DDOS tokens are calculated every 10 seconds and by the end of each month they will be credited to your ETH address. It is very simple

Just downlod the official HAI App www.hacken.ai and enjoy the process. the farming will start on April 16

We are a part of the global Hacken Foundation! And this is a great achievent for us! So disBalancer is the second project entered the Foundation after the enormous success of HAPI ! And we are pround of this. We are supported by a global cybersecurity company — Hacken. Our goal is to create a product for the future, and the opportunities are higher than ever because now we have been taken into care and we must make a better product. Hacken has also provided us with the best security experts in the world. So we have great plans for this year to develop the product as well as grow the community in all parts of the world
